  Registration ‘10-’11 Summary  
 

The following forms must be completed for all students:

If you intend on requesting scholarship assistance, you must also complete this scholarship application (even returning students).

If you do not require scholarship assistance, you need to sign the VTHS Tuition Agreement (note that tuition remains the same as last year) and set up your FACTS Management account for the coming year:

  • For returning students: Complete the FACTS Renewal Agreement
  • For new students: Open a FACTS Management account at the FACTS e-Cashier website, or request a paper FACTS Agreement Form from the Financial Office
  
     
  Important Registration Dates  
  March 26 - Last day for early registration price of $550. Must submit all forms with check.

April 30 - Deadline to submit all scholarship application forms and data.

June 1 - Last day for early registration price of $750. Must submit all forms with check. After this date, Registration fee will be $850.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be processing and conducting a financial needs analysis for all scholarship applications for the upcoming 2010-2011 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

If you require financial assistance you must apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com. (Paper applications are available in the VTHS Financial Office for those who do not have internet access.)

In addition to your online (or paper) application, the following information must be sent in to FACTS in order to process your application:

  • Payment of the $25 application fee.
  • Copies of your 2008 or 2009 tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of your 2009 W-2 form for both you and your spouse.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, etc.
